What does an annual managed website service cover?

A managed website service continues after the site goes live. It brings the website's day-to-day technical care and routine public updates into an ongoing service, so the business has a point of contact when details change or something needs attention.

The public essentials

Caretake's annual service covers a business website, hosting, SSL, backups, technical maintenance, domain support, Google Business Profile, contact and enquiry routes, basic local SEO, and simple activity reporting. The exact site and setup are agreed in the proposal.

Routine updates and support

The starting plan includes up to four routine website update requests each month, such as correcting hours or changing existing service information. Caretake aims to respond to support requests within one business day and complete normal content changes within about three business days once the needed information and access are available. Serious outages receive urgent attention.

Simple activity reporting

A recurring report can summarise useful activity, such as website visits and clicks on contact routes. It helps the owner see how the online presence is being used; it does not promise a particular number of enquiries or business results.

Starting price and scope boundaries

Managed plans from ₦500,000/year. The starting price is not a fixed quote for every business. Substantial redesigns, major new features, custom software, paid advertising and social media management are outside the standard starting plan and require separate scope or a separate quote.
