The initial dental plan starts at ₦500,000 for 12 months. Its website is typically about 10–12 core pages with two revision rounds before launch; exact scope is in the proposal.
Routine care
Small changes stay manageable.
The starting plan includes up to four routine website update requests each month. Examples include hours, photos, staff details, service information, prices, announcements and corrections.
One request is a clearly described change or small set of related changes. Larger changes and new features are quoted separately. Fixing Caretake errors or restoring outages does not use the update allowance.
Support and timing
We respond to support requests within one business day with an acknowledgement and next step. That is a response commitment, not a resolution guarantee.
We aim to complete routine content changes within three business days once we have the needed information, access and approval. We will let you know if a request needs longer. Website outages that stop customer contact receive urgent attention.
