Make it easier to enquire about a dental appointment

A prospective patient should not have to hunt for the clinic's number, guess what to include in a message or fill in a long form just to ask about an appointment. Walk through the enquiry route on a phone and make each next step clear.

Put contact choices where people need them

Show call, WhatsApp and appointment-enquiry options on the homepage, contact page and relevant treatment pages. Use clear labels and check that each button opens the intended number or form.

Keep the first form short

Request only what the clinic needs to respond, such as a name, contact detail and preferred time. Treatment interest can be optional if useful. Do not ask for symptoms, medical history or clinical records in a general appointment-enquiry form.

Tell people what happens next

Explain that a submitted form is an enquiry request, not a confirmed appointment. Give a realistic response expectation only if the clinic can meet it. Show another contact route for people who prefer to call or message.

Check the journey on a phone

Test the form and contact links on a mobile device. Make fields readable, labels clear and errors easy to correct. Repeat the check after contact details, hours or booking processes change.

  • Open each action from a treatment page.
  • Submit a test enquiry without sensitive information.
  • Check that a staff member can find and respond to it.
